Driver Hire Bournemouth & Salisbury is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers for an ongoing local opportunity.

Immediate starts available. Choose the days you want to work.

What you’ll earn

• Days: £16.81 per hour
• Nights & Saturdays: £18.77 per hour
• Sundays & Bank Holidays: £20.73 per hour
• Weekly pay
• £150 welcome bonus after completing your first 40 shifts
• Free CPC training after every 30 shifts
• PAYE Advanced Holiday Pay included

The role

You’ll be driving a Class 2 HGV on local deliveries in and around Salisbury.

Your day will include:

• Delivering to local sites
• Loading and unloading heavy cages
• Manual handling
• Providing professional customer service

This is an active driving role, so you’ll need to be comfortable with regular manual handling.

What you’ll need

To apply, you must have:

• A valid UK HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
• A valid Driver CPC
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 12 months’ HGV driving experience, either recent or previous
• Your own transport to get to and from work
• No more than 6 penalty points
