Job Title: Mobile Communal Cleaner - Social Housing

Location: Slough & Surrounding Areas

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced cleaner looking for a reliable, permanent role with a top social housing provider? We are currently recruiting a Mobile Communal Cleaner to join an active facilities maintenance team covering residential estates across Slough.

Please note: This is a fully mobile role, and holding a valid UK Driving License is an essential requirement.

• Competitive Salary: £28,000 per annum

• Company Vehicle & Fuel Card: Provided for all work-related travel between sites

• Travel between assigned residential blocks and social housing properties across Slough in a company vehicle.

• Carry out routine communal cleaning across shared areas (hallways, stairwells, entrance lobbies, and lifts).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in communal bin stores and estate facilities.

• Inspect sites, report repairs or safety hazards, and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies.

• Deliver professional, courteous service when interacting with residents on site.

• Driving License: Full UK Driving License is required (mandatory for driving the company vehicle).

• Experience: Proven experience in mobile, commercial, domestic, or estate/communal cleaning.

• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and comfortable working independently across multiple mobile sites.
