Primary Teacher – Year 4
Location: Rugby, CV22
Salary: £32,916 – £51,047 per annum (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are working in partnership with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire, seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong emphasis on inclusion, development, and high-quality teaching.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils
- Assess progress and maintain accurate records
- Build a positive learning environment with clear expectations
- Work closely with a classroom teaching assistant
- Communicate regularly with families and lead parent meetings
- Adapt planning to support diverse and SEN needs
What the School is Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Confident KS2 teacher, ideally with Year 4 experience
- Strong classroom management and a calm, consistent approach
- Passion for inclusive and high-quality teaching
