Residential Property Fee Earner - Maidstone or Canterbury

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join an established and growing regional law firm, with positions available in Maidstone or Canterbury.

The firm is open to candidates qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, as well as those who have qualified through an alternative route, provided they have the experience to manage their own residential conveyancing caseload independently.

The role will involve managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service throughout the process. You'll be joining a collaborative team with a strong reputation for its technical expertise and client care.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

A proactive approach to teamwork and business development.

Experience handling more complex residential property transactions would be advantageous.
