Fire and Security Sales

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fire and security sales professional to join our team. You will receive a basic salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and commission. OTE well above £70,000. As a Fire and Security Professional, your role will include: 

• Create, identify, capture & monitor new and existing business opportunities in the fire and security sector.
• New sales, upselling & cross-selling across the Fire & Security portfolio to maximise business presence within your area of operation.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including networking, cold calling, site surveys, client meetings and attending industry events.
• Remain updated on industry standards, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
