Registered General Nurse (RGN/RSCN ) – Complex Home Care

Your role will include delivering hands-on, compassionate care, such as: Supporting individuals bed transfers Providing personal care with dignity and respect medication management and monitoring for any signs of concern Supporting individuals with mobility needs, including those in wheelchairs Monitoring general wellbeing and recognising early signs of deterioration This role is about more than clinical tasks — it’s about building relationships, offering reassurance, and being a consistent, trusted presence in someone’s daily life. You will often work closely with families, offering guidance and support, and ensuring care is delivered in line with agreed plans and best practice.
