About the role
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a global FM provider working at a flagship site in the City of London.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to faults and ensuring that building services are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults and issues
- Maintain toilets, taps, signs, doors, blinds, hinges, furniture etc
- Complete repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Basic carpentry and fitting
- Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately
- Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and other contractors
- Identify potential issues and report any remedial works required
- Follow all relevant health & safety procedures
Package
- A salary ranging from 35-40k (+ Overtime)
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
