Integration Manager -Swindon- Permanent- Up to £70,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Integration Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Integration and Test Cell within a rapidly growing aerospace and defence manufacturing environment. This is a unique greenfield role where you will build the operation from the ground up—designing the facility layout, defining processes, selecting equipment, recruiting the team, and delivering flight-ready unmanned aircraft platforms at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead the setup and commissioning of the Integration and Test Cell. Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing integration and test team. Define processes, work instructions and quality standards. Own system integration, functional testing and final product acceptance. Drive industrialisation from prototype and low-rate production to serial manufacture. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams. Host customer acceptance activities and ensure delivery to schedule, quality and cost targets. Champion Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. About You You will have: Significant experience leading integration, final assembly or test teams within aerospace, defence, automotive or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. A proven track record of setting up new production cells, lines or facilities. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical integration, testing and configuration management. Experience building and developing teams in a manufacturing setting. A hands-on leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.   What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
