Project Manager

Copello are looking for a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of complex engineering and technology projects within a fast-paced, innovation-led environment, based in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with multidisciplinary teams on meaningful, high-impact programmes. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the planning and delivery of technical projects and change programmes Coordinating schedules, resources, risks, and project documentation Tracking progress against cost, quality, and delivery milestones Assisting with stakeholder communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams Supporting project reporting, governance, and continuous improvement activities What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way Interest in engineering, technology, defence, or secure environments Working towards or interested in PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, or PMI Experience in product development, consultancy, or technical delivery is beneficial Please note that candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
