Business Analyst - EDV

We are seeking multiple professionals to join our clients team on a 12-month+ contract, supporting key projects. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills Expertise in workshop facilitation with diverse stakeholders Strong requirements definition and management capabilities Proficiency in Visio, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA) Knowledge of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies Experience in process modeling and business transformation Ability to analyze and improve processes using various tools Skilled in crafting clear reports and delivering presentations Familiarity with business change models, LEAN, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Data Visualisation (Portfolio, Workforce, Financial, Risk, Planning) Knowledge of business impact assessments during migration scenarios Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma or related frameworks Preferred Education & Experience: Relevant degree in Business, Management, or related field Several years of experience in business analysis or transformation projects Experience working in fast-paced, technology-led environments Other Requirements: EDV clearance is essential Ability to work 3-4 days on-site in Cheltenham or Manchester Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and deliver within strict timelines For more information or to apply - call Martin on [phone removed] or email [email removed]
