About the Role
As a secondary supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, covering short-term and long-term assignments. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexibility, experience across different settings, or a pathway into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects (depending on specialism and experience).
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided or adapt teaching to meet students’ needs.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity in learning.

About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Be adaptable, reliable, and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
• Have a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
• Be committed to maintaining high teaching standards.
