General Manager – Growing Restaurant Group
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £80,000

The role:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-performing hospitality venue
• Drive team engagement, retention and development across a large workforce
• Maintain exceptional standards across service, atmosphere and guest experience
• Take ownership of commercial performance, profitability and operational delivery
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the ongoing growth of the business
• Develop future leaders and create a culture where people can thrive
• Ensure every aspect of the guest journey reflects the values and standards of the brand

The person:

• An experienced General Manager from a quality hospitality background
• A natural leader with a proven track record of building strong teams and positive cultures
• Passionate about guest experience and creating environments people want to return to
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of operational performance
• Comfortable leading large teams in fast-paced, premium hospitality settings
