RF Design Engineer

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an experienced RF Design Engineer to join a team developing advanced RF and analogue electronic solutions for high-impact, mission-critical applications. What you’ll do Design, simulate, and develop RF and analogue circuits across a wide frequency range Integrate, test, and debug RF systems to optimise performance Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and risk management Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in an agile engineering environment Support project delivery through accurate estimation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices What you’ll bring Degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in RF circuit and system design Strong skills with RF simulation and PCB design tools Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and lab integration Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex technical challenges Desirable Experience from LF to X-band designs Knowledge of receivers, LNAs, and high-power amplifiers Exposure to low SWaP-C solutions and harsh environments Familiarity with regulated or defence-related engineering domains Please note that this role requires security clearance.
