My client, an internationally renowned Financial Services company, is seeking a Marketing and Events Executive to assist with the co-ordination of events and functions related to sports matches and games.

You will be responsible for bookings and ticketing distribution along with special requests, client liaison and data managements.

This is a very interesting Admin related role within Marketing and Events that is the dream job for sports enthusiasts looking to include an aspect of their personal sporting interests and hobbies within a corporate admin and marketing role.

You shall also be co-ordinating and administering sponsorship requests and providing support for events, such as producing name badges, place cards and sending out event marketing materials and invites.

Being required to attend matches or sporting events will help make this a pleasurable and interesting job!

The successful candidate must have administrative experience related to Marketing and Events, excellent communication and liaison skills and strong MS Office and Database Management experience.

This is a 6 month temporary booking offering an immediate start.
