About the role
International insurer are seeking a Delegated Underwriting Analyst to join their team in the London office to support the Delegated Underwriting function which involves various activities across a Company and Lloyd’s platform. The fundamental mission of this individual is to support the onboarding due diligence and ongoing management of Delegated Authority (DA) facilities across the company ensuring business has been processed in compliance with regulatory minimum standards for Delegated Authorities, Processes and Procedures. The successful person will be one of the primary liaisons within the team with Underwriting and Claims on MGA/TPA Management.
Skills and experience required include:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an Insurance Company or Lloyd’s Managing Agent
– Experience with reviewing MGA’s and/or TPA’s, alternatively from a due diligence background
– Experience of non-life, specialty insurance lines
– Bi-lingual in English and another European language such as French, Italian or German preferred
