About the role
About the role:
This role sits within the ERPA team with responsibility for managing formal employee relations and case management activities. The ERPA Advisor provides expert advice to the business on employee relations matters, handling non-complex cases across misconduct, performance and health and wellbeing. Working firmwide across allocated business areas, the role requires building strong stakeholder relationships with People Consultants and wider People Lifecycle teams.
The advisor applies sound knowledge of employee relations policies to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused guidance that enables effective issue resolution. Experience of case management systems is beneficial, alongside a willingness to develop technical skills to support accurate recording and tracking of cases.
What your days will look like:
- Leading end-to-end disciplinary and investigation processes, including interviews, evidence review and report writing across conduct, performance and risk matters
- Providing expert employee relations advice across conduct, performance, health and wellbeing, including handling informal queries and policy guidance
- Managing health and wellbeing cases, including occupational health referrals, income protection and performance support (e.g. PIPs and appeals)
- Producing high-quality documentation and maintaining accurate case records in Navex and ServiceNow, while ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting projects and process improvements
This role is for you if you:
- Bring a customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills, able to quickly interpret multiple data sources and provide clear, accurate insights
- Thrive both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Are curious and proactive, challenging existing approaches and embracing change, innovation and continuous improvement
- Are confident using digital tools and systems, with awareness of GDPR/compliance and a willingness to develop expertise in platforms such as Navex, ServiceNow, Tableau or Alteryx
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
