Receptionist

This vacancy if for two part-time receptionists with the working hours of 8.30am-5pm. We are able to offer a part-time role for 16 hours per week, 2 days over 7 and a part-time role 24 hours per week, 3 days or 7.

for As a Receptionist you will be the friendly face of the HC-One Care Home, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals and members of the local community. You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone.

When joining HC-One you will support the Home Manager and Administrator in clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing whilst working to deadlines. With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently.
