Operations Manager - North London Nursery School

A North London nursery school are looking for an energetic and positive Operations Manager to join their busy team. This is an exciting role for someone who is bright and used to working in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

The Operations Manager is a pivotal role for the nursery team and duties will include; monthly invoicing, overseeing the registration process, sending letters to parents, assisting with show rounds, recruitment, inducting and onboarding all new staff, working closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure GDPR compliant, line managing a team of four, managing petty cash and banking, website maintenance, email management,  liaising with suppliers, ordering stationary and typical office administration.

We are looking for an Operations Manager with excellent attention to detail, a high level of written and spoken English, the ability to prioritise and a fast learner. The ideal candidate does not need to have worked in an education setting previously, but should have solid experience from within the professional services sector and strong academic qualifications. We are looking for an Operations Manager who is punctual, reliable with a high degree of professionalism.
