We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper on behalf of our client based in Canvey Island.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is available immediately and has strong bookkeeping experience, particularly using Xero accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices


• Bank reconciliations


• Managing accounts payable and receivable


• Preparing VAT returns


• Maintaining accurate financial records


• General accounts and administrative support

What we're looking for: ✅ Previous bookkeeping experience
✅ Confident and experienced user of Xero software (essential)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good organisational and communication skills
✅ Available to start immediately

What's on offer?

• £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience


• Part time, 3 days a week


• Immediate start
