County Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Hertfordshire for an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, leading whole-class sessions and helping children achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive school environment.
The role:

Lead whole-class learning during teacher absence.
Provide targeted intervention and 1:1 support.
Work alongside teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The ideal candidate:

Holds HLTA status.
Has strong classroom management skills.
Is enthusiastic, adaptable and passionate about education.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
