Cloud Architect

Key Requirements: 

• 2–5+ years of experience in application support, preferably with ITEROP or similar workflow management tools

• Strong knowledge of business process automation and workflow management

• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues

• Ability to monitor system performance and ensure application stability

• Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and SLA adherence

• Knowledge of integration points, databases, and APIs relevant to ITEROP applications

• Ability to support user queries, provide technical guidance, and escalate issues when needed

• Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and release deployment processes

• Understanding of security, user roles, and permissions within ITEROP

• Strong communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams

• Ability to document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
