About the role
Key Requirements:
- Experience testing the Workday platform.
- Knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Recruiting).
- Strong manual testing skills: Functional, SIT, UAT, Regression testing.
- Ability to create test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Experience testing Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio or Workday Enterprise Interface Builder.
- Familiarity with test/defect tools such as Jira or HP ALM.
- Data validation using Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of Workday security roles and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
