About the role
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its core modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing)
- Deep functional knowledge of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
- Hands-on experience with system setup, customization, and workflows in Business Central
- Experience in implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including Business Central reports and Power BI integration
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and extensions within the Business Central ecosystem
- Problem-solving and issue resolution skills to support business users and optimize processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working with business teams, IT, and leadership
- Experience in training and user adoption, including creating documentation and end-user support
