Passionate about kickstarting your IT career in a Service Desk environment?
No day is the same in this busy team! Supporting both Head Office and nationwide sites for our market leading client, you’ll have an opportunity to demonstrate your people skills and develop your IT hardware and software knowledge.
The successful candidate will operate on a shift basis working on both internal and external support calls, ranging from different IT systems and infrastructure queries.
You will take full ownership of broad ranging support calls, from logging them on the call logging system to escalating to any relevant 3rd party service providers to get the issue resolved in line with set SLA’s.
There is a real focus on customer service here, operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Please note, this is an onsite role based in Hatfield. You will be flexible to cover shift patterns Monday-Sunday 7am-8:30pm.

About you:
- Experience working in a service desk environment or customer-facing role
- Experience of supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Active Directory, and Internet Explorer)
- Full UK driving license
- Flexibility to cover shift patterns as per business needs
- Salary £19,000 - £23,000
