Your role will support the customer interaction team as an experienced UX Designer - Experience Designer. You will be a key part of a hugely ambitious technology programme with the aims of improving digital presence on a global scale, transforming the business, and preparing for the future. You will have the ability and desire to work as part of a collaborative team possessing a background in the development of customer journeys and service blueprints.
You will need enthusiasm and drive, with proven experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to think on your feet, be self-reliant, with a positive attitude; constantly striving to bring the customer thought process to life.
UX Designer - Experience Designer responsibilities
- Take an ‘outside in’ design approach i.e., think what this needs to look like from an end / user customer perspective.
- Use design tools to create concept sketches, user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
- Link the development of conceptual ideas into concrete designs in line with a brands identity and business strategy.
- Provide a clear vision for improving design processes and explaining and presenting design decisions to service designers business owners and stakeholders.
- Consider existing applications and evaluating their UX effectiveness.
- Consider the human-computer interaction element of a design.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications.
Salary: Up to £55,885 incremental salary, enhanced pension scheme, 25 days holiday, death in service, free parking, flexible working, online benefits, and additional benefits to be discussed.
