Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Abbatt Property Recruitment

Are you a recruiter with a couple of years experience, looking for a busy desk where you can hit the ground running and really earn? Abbatt could be exactly the move you’ve been waiting for.

We’re a specialist property recruitment business, and we’re growing as the residential property sector continues to grow. We’re looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our perms team, recruiting across the property sector. Roles range from concierge and security guards through to office-based positions, property managers and estate managers.

This isn’t a “build it from scratch” role. You’ll have plenty of live roles to work on from day one, and once you’re up and running you’ll take ownership of your own clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process for permanent roles across the property sector
• Working on a broad mix of positions, including concierge, security, office roles, property managers and estate managers
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and matching them to the right opportunities
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Taking ownership of a client portfolio once you’re settled in, and growing those accounts
• Managing offers, negotiations and placements through to start date

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in permanent recruitment
• Property sector experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A driven, target-focused approach and a genuine hunger to earn
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience, energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
