Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff in South Yorkshire, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Refuse Loaders for their client located in the Rotherham area. Refuse Loader Job Description: As a Refuse Loader, you will play a vital role in waste management and collection services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient waste collection operations, which may result in early finishes for the day.
• Walking to and from designated drop-off locations, ensuring prompt and timely collection.
• Adhering to strict health and safety protocols, especially when working on busy streets alongside HGV Class 2 vehicles.
• Maintaining a polite and professional demeanour when interacting with members of the public during collections.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the walking and heavy lifting involved in refuse collection.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues
• Awareness of health and safety procedures to ensure personal and public safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally and courteously with members of the public.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting job requirements.

Refuse Loader Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday schedule
• 07:00 - 16:00

Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour This role will potentially commence in early to mid March.
