SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are currently building a talent pool to meet ongoing requirements across the region and are pleased to present an opportunity for a Temporary SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with our reputable SET Education client. The role is based in the region of Rhondda Cynon Taf and involves supporting students with special educational needs within a primary setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly within a special school environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the diverse needs of pupils and the ability to implement tailored support strategies. This position is ongoing, offering consistency and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to students’ development. The role offers a daily rate of £92.56. Requirements: - Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally with a background in Special School Primary settings - Knowledge of working with students with special educational needs - Ability to implement individual education plans and support strategies - Strong communication and organisational skills - Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic environment of a special school - Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support are desirable Benefits: Joining our talent pool means you will be the first to hear about similar opportunities across the region.
