Cover Supervisor

We are currently building a talent pool to support ongoing staffing requirements across the region and are seeking a dedicated Temp Cover Supervisor to join our client's team in the Temporary Industry sector. This role involves supervising classes, ensuring a conducive learning environment, and supporting teaching staff with various cover duties. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operational flow within the educational environment, adhering to school policies and fostering positive student engagement. This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing placements, offering a competitive daily rate of £110-115. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor, with a background in managing classroom activities effectively - Strong communication and organisational skills - Ability to adapt to different school environments and age groups - Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) - Flexibility to work on a temporary, ongoing basis - Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential) Join a supportive organisation that values your professional growth.
