Area Sales Manager – District Heating

Selling my clients range of innovative District Heating products. You will spend approximately 60% of your time selling to M&E Contractors with the remaining 40% focused on specification with M&E Consultants and developing business through key Plumbing & Heating Merchants. You will manage existing accounts while proactively targeting new business and identifying projects through the likes of Glenigans. This is a project-led sales role, following opportunities from specification through to installation. You will regularly visit construction sites and need to be comfortable working on site when required. Covering Yorkshire and the North East of England.

Person

I am looking for someone with experience selling Plumbing & Heating products into M&E Contractors. You could currently work for a manufacturer selling HVAC, pipes, valves, boilers or associated heating products or alternatively have a strong background with a Plumbing & Heating Merchant. A key importance of this individual is your understanding of M&E Contractors and your ability to proactively identify and win projects. You must be proactive, commercially driven and comfortable generating new business, negotiating and developing projects from specification through to order.
