Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
• Advising clients on wills, estate planning and asset protection
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on trusts and trust administration
• Providing inheritance tax and succession planning advice
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
• Delivering practical, empathetic and commercially focused legal advice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Solicitor
• Experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
