Salary: £37,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career, enjoying the benefits of a Monday to Friday working pattern whilst delivering exceptional hospitality standards.

Initially offered as a 12-month maternity cover contract through to the end of 2027, this opportunity comes with significant potential to progress into a wider role within the business.

The Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day delivery of hospitality services, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality team.

• Overseeing daily hospitality operations and service delivery.

• Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.

• Maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of hospitality.

• Managing staffing, service standards and operational performance.

• Supporting the wider management team with business objectives and continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on hospitality professional who brings:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

• Confidence in leading and developing successful teams.
