About the Role

Our client is looking for Data Migration Analysts to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend to 6 + months.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a major programme, providing additional capacity across the full data migration lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring data is accurately prepared, cleansed, validated and successfully migrated from Maximo to Salesforce, helping to protect delivery timelines as deployment volumes increase.

The successful candidates will work closely with project teams and individual sites to identify and resolve data issues, support testing and validation, and provide post-go-live support where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cleanse and validate data
  • Review and remediate Data Quality Reports
  • Support data mapping and reconciliation
  • Preventive Maintenance data
  • Support TRAIN and UAT activities
  • Validate production migrations
  • Work directly with sites to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
  • Manage data migration activities through agreed stage gates and processes.

About You

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and data management skills who are comfortable working with large volumes of data and identifying discrepancies or data quality issues.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Experience of data cleansing, preparation and reconciliation.
  • Experience supporting large-scale data or system migrations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Experience working with business users or operational teams to resolve data queries.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight delivery deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with IBM Maximo.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme at a critical stage of delivery. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the quality and success of multiple system deployments, working across the full data migration lifecycle.

If you fit the above requirements and are interested in the role, please apply with your up to date CV or call Jess on [phone removed].
