Role Summary

A person who is responsible for the production of and proof-reading of written elements of tender and pre-qualification submissions for Coffey. They will collaborate with various department and company team members to develop the excellent tender and proposals content to win projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical and non-technical input into pre-qualification submissions which demonstrates the company’s expertise, capability and experience 
• Support bid planning, including identifying unique selling points (USPs), win themes, and storyboarding 
• Conduct market, competitor, and sector research to inform bid responses 
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, internal standards, and legal or regulatory frameworks 
• Maintain bid planning documents, project plans, and gap analyses 
• Submission Support: With the Upload and submission of bids, tenders, and supporting documentation accurately and on time 
• Be accountable for the quality of their content and written submissions. 
• Reviewing and editing tender or pre-qualification submission inputs from subject matter specialists, both within and outside the company 
• Creating the template documents for tender and pre-qualification submissions 
• Support in creating and maintaining the systems and libraries associated with the production of bid documentation 
• Promoting continual improvement in the standard of tender and pre-qualification submissions
