This Financial Advice Opportunity

As a Financial Planner, you will provide comprehensive financial planning advice to both new and existing clients, taking the time to understand their individual circumstances, aspirations and priorities before creating tailored recommendations that reflect their long-term objectives.

You will manage relationships through every stage of the advice journey, using cashflow modelling and financial planning tools to help clients visualise their future and make informed financial decisions with confidence.

You will benefit from an established flow of client introductions, allowing you to spend more time building meaningful relationships and delivering outstanding advice.

As a Financial Planner You Will Be

• Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, priorities and long-term aspirations


• Delivering holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, retirement planning and wider wealth management needs


• Creating tailored financial strategies supported by detailed cashflow modelling and planning tools


• Building trusted, long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing advice


• Providing clear, well-researched and compliant recommendations that place clients' objectives at the centre of every conversation


• Maintaining excellent standards of documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the advice process


• Developing your client portfolio through professional relationship building, referrals and business development activity


• Working collaboratively with paraplanners and client support colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience

Your Financial Advice Expertise

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make confident financial decisions and values building trusted relationships that last for many years?

You will bring:

• Diploma Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning as a minimum


• Experience providing holistic regulated financial advice


• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first approach


• Confidence delivering financial planning both face-to-face and virtually


• Experience using cashflow modelling to support meaningful client conversations


• A good understanding of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts


• A proactive approach to developing your client portfolio and creating long-term professional relationships
