Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant Barking & Dagenham Primary SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a large, vibrant 4- form entry primary school in Barking & Dagenham. They are seeking learning support assistants/teaching assistants to join their wonderful team as soon as possible! The Role:As a learning support assistant/teaching assistant, you will work as part of wider team, in collaboration with class teachers and the SEND team to provide quality. Your role will be to ensure high- impact support for students across the primary year groups. You will ensure that students can access learning, regarless of their learning needs, through individualised and tailored support. You will also provide support and guidance with their peers, helping them to develop healthy and positive relationships. You will support students with additional learning needs, including those with SEND and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
