Senior R&D Test Engineer – Materials & Chemical Engineering
Rotherham (onsite) | Permanent | Full-time
DWI Consulting is recruiting a senior engineer to lead materials and chemical testing for advanced cooling technology, turning laboratory evidence into practical design improvements.
Key responsibilities
• Plan materials, fluid and component test programmes.
• Investigate corrosion, compatibility and failures using root-cause analysis.
• Develop test rigs, analyse results and mentor engineers.
What we’re looking for
• Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar.
• At least six years’ relevant laboratory or test experience.
• Experience with LabVIEW, instrumentation and materials compatibility testing.
