Sales Assistant

Do you take pride in creating great experiences for others and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly, and celebration-loving people to join our team as Sales Assistants.

Our stores are places of celebration, creativity, and connection—every day of the year. As things get busier, we’re looking for extra hands and friendly faces to help keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy being part of a vibrant, welcoming environment, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do — it’s our promise to them.
• Make every shopper feel welcomed, wowed, and won over — that’s the cardfactory way!
• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.   If you’ve got great communication skills, love to chat, whilst gaining valuable experience in a fun and friendly environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. At cardfactory, you’ll be part of a supportive team, learning new skills and helping to create memorable moments for every customer who walks through our doors.

Our colleagues tell us — it’s a great team, good vibes, flexible hours and a job they genuinely love. If you’re ready to be a celebration expert, we’d love to hear from you.

There’s no fixed closing date for this role, so we encourage you to apply early as we may close the vacancy once we’ve received enough applications.

No agencies, please.
