• Healthcare Assistant Ad hoc
• Location: Kettering, NN15
• Pay Rate: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour
• Shifts: Ad hoc | Day shifts | 9:00am–7:00pm | non-term time only

About This Role

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join the care team supporting an 11-year-old girl in her own home.

She is a creative and playful young person with a big personality and a naturally happy, smiley nature. She enjoys engaging in activities, exploring sensory experiences, and sharing positive interactions with the people supporting her.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide ad hoc 1:1 support, stepping in as required to help her enjoy meaningful activities, maintain her daily routines, and promote her safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.

• Have the right to work in the UK*

• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

• Be pet friendly (cats in the property)

• We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
