Job Title: Warehouse administrator

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN4

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00

Pay: £13.11 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking Warehouse administrator, who will be responsible to support admin duties in the warehouse environment. Primary duties include:

• Manage warehouse administration and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) – preferably Red Prairie or JDA or Oracle
• Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner
• Process stock and warehouse transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Support general warehouse operations when required
• Assist with transport administration tasks as needed
• Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Qualifications and Experience for Warehouse Administrator:

• Previous admin / clerical experience required
• Attention to detail
• Confident using spreadsheets
