Salary: £14.24 per hour inclusive of holiday pay

Job Description:
Are you an experienced Tenancy Support Worker seeking a new challenge within the social housing sector? We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join a leading specialist provider in supporting people facing tenancy difficulties. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact by helping clients achieve independent living through advice, support, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored advice and support to clients experiencing tenancy issues
Develop positive working relationships to facilitate successful resettlement and independence
Assist clients with financial management, including welfare and housing benefits claims
Conduct assessments and casework to address social isolation and exclusion
Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate support and resources
Support clients in future planning to ensure sustainable independence

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tenancy Support Worker or in a similar social housing support role
Knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits
Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (due to the nature of the support)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to adapt to various working hours and environments
