Job Description:
We are recruiting a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support residents in high-standard nursing homes in Bargoed, Caerphilly County Borough. This is a flexible agency opportunity offering days, nights, and weekend shifts, ideal for nurses who are passionate about dementia care and delivering person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) based in Bargoed, your daily duties will include:

Administering medication safely and in line with clinical guidance
Reviewing, planning, and updating individualised care plans
Implementing care and treatment plans to support residents with dementia and other health conditions
Liaising with multidisciplinary professionals and communicating effectively with families to ensure continuity of care
Delivering holistic, therapeutic care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will need:

Valid NMC registration and PIN
Previous experience in a nursing role (nursing home, hospital, elderly care, EMI/dementia experience welcomed)
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete required compliance checks (including relevant safeguarding and pre-employment screening)
