We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a leading specialist provider in Bargoed. Key Responsibilities:

Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
Implement and monitor individualized care and treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with families to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment
Document and review patient progress regularly
Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being

Requirements:

Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing, with restraint training advantageous
Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
Right to work in the UK
