Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Dementia & Healthcare Settings
Location: Bargoed, South Wales, UK
Salary: £25 - £58 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social needs
Administering medication safely and accurately
Reviewing and planning individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Implementing care and treatment plans effectively
Liaising with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive patient care
Providing therapeutic and holistic support to enhance patients' quality of life

Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within social care or healthcare settings
Experience working with dementia and elderly care is desirable
Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
Right to work in the UK
