Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
Promoting independence and encouraging development of life skills
Building positive relationships with service users, families, and team members
Participating in engaging activities like walks, games, music sessions, arts & crafts, and more
Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping individuals achieve their personal goals
Ensuring the safety and dignity of every individual in your care
Observing, monitoring, and recording residents' conditions

Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work above 24 hours per week
A driver’s licence is essential, as supporting residents in the community and attending activities will be part of the role, requiring access to your own vehicle
