Salary: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
Promote independence and encourage development of life skills
Build positive relationships with service users, families, and team members
Participate in engaging activities including walks, games, music sessions, arts & crafts, and more
Support emotional wellbeing and help individuals achieve their personal goals
Ensure the safety and dignity of every individual in your care
Observe, monitor, and record residents' conditions accurately

Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for one
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work above 24 hours per week
A driver’s licence is essential, as supporting residents in the community may involve attending activities or hobbies, requiring access to your own vehicle
