Assistant Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer based in South Yorkshire. The opportunity is available on a temporary basis which for the right candidate will offer a permanent role.

A family-led new build developer, who is striving to more than just building houses but building strong communities, high quality homes and putting customers at the forefront of everything they do. 

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager, the candidate will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and in line with company procedures

Experience Required

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role within new build housing.
• A strong understanding of residential construction methods and build sequencing.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• A relevant CSCS card/SMSTS and First Aid and appropriate site management/supervisory qualification.

Remuneration

£28.00 per hour
