About the role
Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and complete set work.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support student engagement.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on student progress and behaviour.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school procedures at all times.

• Classroom management experience is advantageous but not essential – full guidance provided.
