ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an integral part in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. Working alongside the kitchen and hospitality teams, you will help make every mealtime a highlight of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining areas to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and inviting.

• Serve high-quality meals and refreshments to residents, attending to individual preferences and requirements.

• Support day-to-day hospitality operations and assist with kitchen duties when needed.

• Maintain strict standards of food hygiene and health and safety across all food service areas.

• Interact warmly with residents and guests to deliver outstanding customer service and companionship.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a caring approach and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements & Experience:

• Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service.

• Friendly, caring, and professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards.

• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a vibrant care environment.
