We are working with an established Hereford based business for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their customer driven and fast-paced sales team on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building strong relationships and supporting sales growth within a busy commercial environment. Full training will be offered for candidates that can demonstrate the right attributes and a desire to develop a career in sales.

What You Can Expect:

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Uncapped commission following successful completion of probation
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• 30-minute lunch break
• Full training and ongoing support

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing inbound calls and enquiries and taking appropriate action
• Proactively following up quotations and converting opportunities into orders
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing an allocated customer base within a defined geographical region
• Developing and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries and issues effectively
• Maintaining accurate sales pipeline information and ensuring all opportunities are followed through
• Working closely with the wider sales team to support customer requirements and sales objectives
• Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues across the business

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support or customer-focused commercial role
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and opportunities
• Good attention to detail when processing quotations and orders
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems would be beneficial
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy sales team
